Profiles - save, load and compare whole sets of settings

A profile is a named set of settings: rules, gates, exits and sizes. Build one for each way you trade, and switch between them in a click. They live at the bottom of the AUTO/BOT window. A profile is a complete set of settings, not a few favourite boxes.

Named sets of settings

A profile is a named set of settings: rules, gates, exits and sizes. Build one for each way you trade, and switch between them in a click. They live at the bottom of the AUTO/BOT window. A profile is a complete set of settings, not a few favourite boxes.

LOAD, SAVE, DELETE

Pick a saved profile, or type a new name. LOAD puts the profile's settings in every box. SAVE saves the boxes under the name in the box, and DELETE removes it. Saving under a new name starts the new profile as a copy of the one you loaded, with your boxes written over it. DELETE removes the saved profile of that name.

Side

Side can be BOTH, LONG or SHORT. With LONG or SHORT, the desk takes automatic entries on that side only, while the profile is loaded. Your own clicks are never blocked, and open positions are not touched. A profile set to SHORT takes no long entries while it is loaded.

What travels

Settings marked profile-saved travel with the profile, including the chart-signal row, and the two safety ticks on the panel. Loading a profile never arms anything: arming is always your own action.

Then compare them

And because a profile is a complete set of settings, you can put several of them in the fleet, and run them side by side on the same live market. That is the next video.

Results by profile

Every fleet trade is recorded under its profile name, so ANALYSE can rank your profiles by what they actually did. ANALYSE can filter by date, session, side and symbol. The profile table shows trades, winners, net and average per trade. Double-click a profile in ANALYSE to see the trades behind it.
